Resource Profile: Persona (Person) ADRES

Perfil FHIR para la representación estandarizada de la información del de las personas que desempeñan el rol de pacientes en el contexto de las siguientes bases de datos administradas por la Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES):

• Base de Datos Única de Afiliados (BDUA)
• Base de Datos de los Regímenes de Excepción y Especial (BDEX).
• Base de Datos de los Planes Voluntarios de Salud (PVS).
• Base de Datos del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario (BDINPEC).

Incluye los datos de identificación, demográficos y administrativos sobre el usuario del sistema de salud, para el seguimiento de la información a través de todos los procesos de atención en salud.

Ámbito

Este perfil define las restricciones y extensiones aplicables al recurso FHIR Person (persona), con el objetivo de estandarizar y representar información sobre una persona que desempeña el rol de paciente o usuario del sistema de salud, para aquellas entidades que consultan y reportan información a la Administradora de los Recursos del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud (ADRES) para la actualización de las Base de Datos BDUA, BDEX, PVS y BDINPEC.

Ha sido diseñado a partir de los lineamientos normativos definidos por ADRES, de acuerdo con la Resolución 762 de 2023, y está armonizado con la Guía de Implementación de Resumen Digital de Atención en Salud (RDA) y la Guía de Implementación FHIR Core Colombia.

Uso previsto

El perfil PersonADRES, contiene información restringida de la persona que desempeña el rol de paciente y por lo tanto está limitado a la consulta e intercambio de datos entre aplicaciones misionales de ADRES, Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social y entidades adscritas.

Cuando ADRES lo defina, este recurso FHIR y las operaciones asociadas podrán emplearse para otros casos de uso como el reporte de novedades y la actualización de las bases de datos de afiliación que opera ADRES, y otros procesos relacionados con la gestión de la información de afiliación en el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud.
